Get to know Joseph
Joe Franco is a lifetime resident of Wildwood Crest, and is passionate about maintaining high standards for our community while keeping spending in check.

Joe is deeply rooted in the Borough. His family has lived and worked in Wildwood Crest for over three generations. He is a graduate of Crest Memorial Elementary School and Wildwood Catholic High School, and he has spent many afternoons at the Crest Pier basketball courts growing up. After graduating from LaSalle University in 2002, Joe returned to work at his family businesses in the Wildwoods where he has been ever since.
Through mutual friends, Joe met his wife Kelly, another multigenerational Crest resident and teacher at Wildwood High School. It is important to Joe to maintain the family-oriented lifestyle in the Crest that shaped who he has become today.

Joe currently serves the Borough as a member of the Wildwood Crest School District School Board and is an active member of the Borough’s Green Team, the Tourism and Development Committee, and as a former member of the Wildwood Crest Zoning Board.
